Start the DGG-Info

The new DGG-Info search is the free-of-charge successor to the Dangerous Goods Quick Info and the old search for non-radioactive substances, including the brief information from the Dangerous Goods Database. It differs in the scope of data in that it no longer contains physical/chemical substance data and material resistance data. This data is now only available via the BAM list, which can be purchased via the BAM Webshop. Furthermore, the module for transport documents is also no longer available with the new application DGG-Info.

The DGG-Info will initially be made available as a preliminary version (beta version) and is scheduled to be published in its final version at the end of 2025.

DGG-Info is a web application that is independent of the operating system, so that it can also be used on mobile devices (smartphone, tablet). It is available in German and English.

DGG-Info covers the following topics from the dangerous goods regulations, among others:

  • Substance information
  • Classification
  • Names
  • Transport exclisions
  • Labelling and marking
  • Limited and excepted quantities
  • Containment systems
  • Exemptions
  • Agreements
  • Further provisions
  • Mixed packing
  • Mixed loading, stowage, segregation

The DGG-Info contains a short info for each mode of transport, which provides an overview of the most important information from the dangerous goods lists for the corresponding entry. In addition, detailed information can be displayed for each substance, providing further information from the dangerous goods regulations.
